Agni is the principle of cosmic fire. It is the heat, light, and fire of expanding awareness. Agni is a fire on many levels of our being: digestive, Pranic, and Consciousness. It is a name for the light and fire of the eternal soul. Agni is the fire of life itself.
In this class we will practice several Agni cultivating mantras, and I will share some of the ways that Agni shows up in life and how to connect more deeply to this inner fire.
